Aug 30, 2006 Hazy golden with white head. Aroma and taste of spices (ginger) Some caramel and citrus in here as well. little sweetness. Medium carbonation. Finish is dominated by ginger! OK experiment, a beer to share!

May 11, 2008 Bottle. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate yeasty, spicy, moderate ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a syntetich touch. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (110408)

May 1, 2008 Appearance: blond semi-orange color, some cloudy. Little and white head, not lasting.
Aroma: floral with chamomile touch. Intensive ginger smell; other spicy touch like clove and aniseed. Some fruity notes similar to pineapples and oranges.
Flavor: sweet and spicy start from ginger and malts, mainly. Lasting ginger taste. Aniseed reminiscences and fruitiness like pear-melon and medlar.
Palate: light to medium body, some rough texture and light to medium carbonation.
Remark: some sickly and unbalanced, some excessive ginger taste. Exotic and mediocre beer.

Dec 15, 2007 Bottle. Pale gold with a slight white head. Aroma of ginger, yeast and apricots. Flavour of subtle ginger with some herbs and cinnamon. Good.

Sep 29, 2007 Updated: Jul 31, 2008Bottle @ Frigo, Shibuya, Tokyo: Light white head, gold, light yellow, some head. The nose is yeasty, light fruit, some blueberry and kiwi, nice malty finish. Flavor of belgian yeast and grapa, nice belgian.

Jul 12, 2008 Bottle with a best before date of 5/2009. Medium sized white head that mostly diminished, floaties, spotty lacing, very little carbonation, hazy, and a pale yellow hue. The aroma was sweet, fruity, spicy notes, some ginger, and yeast. Ditto for the flavor with a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel was tingly and this is a medium bodied beer. Quaffable, easy to driink, but very light ginger aroma and flavor IMO. Just a so-so beer for me as it is not a bad beer per se, but it did not leave me wanting to seek this one out again.
