(Bottled) Hazy golden color with a smallish head. Citric-lemony-ginger, fruity aroma. Fruity ginger flavor, quite pleasant. Medium-bodied, quite low-carbonated palate. A very pleasant and refreshing brew.

Hazy pale body with a medium sized white head. Sweet, ginger nose with cotton candy, honey, golden fruits and dusty yeast. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with herbal hops, ginger, honey, dough and hay. Medium/full body is soft with moderate carbonation.

(on bottle, thanx to thewolf) Hayyellow, white head.. Huge chuncks of yeast. Nose of medicine and ginger. Very foamy mouthfeel. Candy sweet, tastes of raspberries and peach. Lingers with alcohol and esters. Nice, but the overwhelming ginger can make it cloying and quite awfull.

Large bottle, not sure if 650 or 750, but corked. Pours turbid dull golden with some off-greenish nasal mucusy color and 2-finger off-white head. Aroma is sweet florals, sticky peaches dipped in caro syrup, berries, ginger, and sesame oil. The taste is malty, with honey, fruit, ginger/sesame, and a fairly dense, velvety, fruity palate that loses some complexity late, but remains a very enjoyable brew.

A slightly unclear dark yellow beer with a fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with nice ginger notes. The flavor is a round soft ginger flavor - really a great flavor for a ginger beer. It also has a nice palate. The best ginger beer I've ever had.

I was impressed with this brew. Slight ginger flavor with a strong finish. Moderate bitterness with a good palate. Very drinkable on a nice summer evening with rib eye steak!
