Bottle, 6.7%. Spicy and perfumy aroma, some pine and yeast. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. Good sweet flavour with the same spices as the aroma.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrus, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, citrus, and a bit of malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy yellow with impurities and a firm and lacing white head. Spicy, lightly gingery nose. Medium body, fruit, spices, yeast and phenols. Somewhat astringent finish. 211009

(Bottled, 1200th Belgian rating) Hazy greenish golden with a smallish, firm and lacy, white head. Pear-fruity, honeyish aroma with strongly grainy pale maltiness in the Stille Nacht style. Flavor is pale-malty, grainy, pear-fruity, herby-grassy-aromatic-hoppy. Almost full-bodied with soft carbonation. Could be more fruity - yet I kinda liked the grainy feel, even as that makes the flavor a bit dull.

Golden beer, with a greenish shine; small, off-white head. Very grainy nose, with garden herbs aroma. Again typically grainy in the taste, raw grain rather than malt. Dull. Light MF, probably less than really the case - unless this is very much fermented out, with a very low apparent gravity. Empty & dull.
