| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 16, 2009 (33cl bottle) Hazy, effervescent golden to light-amber coloured hue with a big and almost blond foamy head. Sweet and yeasty pale malty aroma with slightly vinous lemon-fruity accents and notes of biscuits, vanilla and a flowery hoppy touch. Sweet and minimal sourish flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale malty base with Belgian yeast-character, shy grainy influences and an aromatic fruity blend; moderately dry and fruity, minimal vinous finish with a present hoppy and yeasty bitterness and a tinge of alcohol. Interesting and quaffable Belgian Interpretation of an IPA, quite aromatic and tasty, but it is stil Belgian (16.VIII.09). goozen (1102), Leiden, Netherlands

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 12, 2009 Hazy yellow color with medium lasting white head. Distinct strong aroma with hobs and alcohol. The taste is strong and full bodied but reminds me fare more of a triple than the IPAs that I fancy. maeib (4766), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 5, 2009 Bottled A major gusher which then poured a hazy light brown with a whitish head which was not as big or lasting as you’d imagine. A fairly hoppy aroma with berry notes which is more Belgian than US. Spicy and hoppy in the mouth with a fizz bomb palate. Interesting but fairly run of the mill.

Bov (5495), Bienne, Switzerland
