(750ml bottle) Small off-white head atop hazy, fleck-filled straw body. Aroma is moderately sweet, banana, candi sugar, light pineapple syrup, alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, candi sugar, banana, some spicy, light straw. Effervescent medium body.

Bottle with a best before date of 7/2009. Medium sized white fizzy head that mostly diminished, lots of floaties, very little carbonation, hazy, and a golden, yellow hue. The aroma was lightly malty, spicy, fruity, sweet, yeasty, and coriander. The flavor was sweet, fruity, spicy, lightly malty, slightly bitter, coriander, and a short dry finish. Spritzy, tingly mouthfeel and medium bodied. Okay for the style, but there are much better of this style IMO, ABV was well masked IMO, worthy of a try, and might be interested in drinking this one again.

750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a clear, golden color with lots of fine particulates; significant off-white head with good retention and creamy lacing. Lots of white pepper, yeast, and yellow fruits in the aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: honey, yellow fruits, and citrus; lively carbonation; basic, peppery, solid tripel. Medium finish: breadiness, toasty malts, and white pepper; spicy and dry.

Bottle courtesy of the fine bartenders at Max’s on Broadway at the end of the 72 Hour Belgian Festival. Murky gold with tons of flecks of suspended particles. Fading strong white head leaves a pretty lacing. Big spice and candied orange in the nose along with yeast notes and sweet malts. Hints of cut wild flowers as well. Taste is honey, sweet malts, candied fruits, spices, and yeast notes. Very tasty! Body is smooth with dense but creamy carbonation. Some light warmth as well. Finishes with more grains, candied fruits, peppery spices, honey and yeast notes. Rather tasty tripel!

in bottle from beertopia. chunky debris in an orange hazy dark gold color with a big white poofy head. citrus orangey aroma and a big pepper taste on the tongue. a bit chalky at the finish with a sweet and sour abbreviation. this is very good for seven dollars a bottle.

The body was medium gold with a bright white colored head. The aroma has some pears with cinnamon. There is also an almond hint. The taste has some sweet cake donuts. There is also spicy cinnamon. A decent beer, but fairly boring.

Bottle. Average foamy white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Somewhat cloudy sparkling with a golden color. Lots of particles in flow at the very end. Aroma of coriander, clove, spice, fruit, yeast, citrus. Over the palate came mild dusty feel, light grainy and caramel. Medium to almost full bodied with an average carbonation and quit filling texture for a Tripel, mild alcoholic. Moderated sweet fruity flavor with mild acidic and maybe a hint of bitterness. Sweet and smooth spicy finish. Quit nice Tripel I enjoyed.
