Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white micro head with good retention leaves sheet lacing as it recedes to skim surface. Lemon, biscuit and candi aromas. Thick biscuit and alcohol from front to back with a lasting yeasty lemon pepper finish.

Bottle. A cloudy golden yellow color with a large foamy white head. A sweet candy aroma with bubblegum, banana, pepper, and pears that rolls out of the glass. Light on the palate with a sweet finish. The candy spice and lemon flavors come through well. I like it.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy gold colour with a small white ehad. Sweetish aroma with plenty of coriander and ginger. Flavour had the same oriental spicing, which was over the top and made me think of food. Finish was pleasantly dry. Ok.

For the appearance, aroma, flavor and palate I believe that this supposed tripel is the “De Graal Gember” with wrong labelling, for this I rated this beer with the score of the “De Graal Gember” but with a discount for the error. Apparently, for the description of other rateberians, it mistake of “De Graal” is some common.

750 mL bottle purchased at Liquor Max in Loveland, CO. Pours clear yellow with an average, fizzy, white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (earth, leaves) with notes of banana, pear, apple, pepper, and coriander. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
