Apr 19, 2008 Wonderbier! Nadat ik het inschenk is het dood bier. Geen schuim. Nadat het gist een beetje bezonken is begint het weer te schuimen. Er komt geen schuimkraag maar het lijkt niet meer morsdood. Het bier proeft heel fruitig. Best een lekkere tripel.

Mar 24, 2008 750 ml bottle from Liquid Solutions. Aromas of fruit, yeast, candi and spice. Orange tinged golden color with a huge white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Seems to be a touch of ginger in the flavor along with bits of citrus things. Very smooth. It’s really rather dry. Very tasty through to the finish.

Mar 16, 2008 750 ml. brown, champagne bottle. Crowned, but no cork. Best before June, 2009. Poured out a hazy, strawberry blonde color, with a huge frothy white head. Aromas are of corriander, cardamom, ginger, other baking spice, sweet malts, slight whiff of alcohol. Flavors are of spices, slight yeast, sour oranges, lemon peel, sweet malts, some alcohol. Rich mouthfeel, slick and oily. Finished somewhat dry and tangy. Carbonated well, but not too much. Perfect example of the style. Seek it out if you can.

Mar 4, 2008 750 ml bottle from State Line. Pours turbid dull goldish with 2-finger white head. Aroma is spicy yeasty, hoppy, with spicy florals and candi sugary malts. Tastes dry, floral, spicy, with mid-palate fruit, malt, and spicy earthy cobwebby yeast. Rich, complex palate. Not bad at all.

Mar 3, 2008 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with floaties. Bit sweet and bit tart yeasty aroma. Sweet ripe fruity flavour with yeast, citrus anda good amount of ginger.
