Nadat het gist een beetje bezonken is begint het weer te schuimen. Er komt geen schuimkraag maar het lijkt niet meer morsdood. Het bier proeft heel fruitig. Best een lekkere tripel. borisz (182), Netherlands

Orange tinged golden color with a huge white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Seems to be a touch of ginger in the flavor along with bits of citrus things. Very smooth. It’s really rather dry. Very tasty through to the finish. Cobra (1061), In a van, down by the river, Maryland, USA

Poured out a hazy, strawberry blonde color, with a huge frothy white head. Aromas are of corriander, cardamom, ginger, other baking spice, sweet malts, slight whiff of alcohol. Flavors are of spices, slight yeast, sour oranges, lemon peel, sweet malts, some alcohol. Rich mouthfeel, slick and oily. Finished somewhat dry and tangy. Carbonated well, but not too much. Perfect example of the style. Seek it out if you can. dunkpigen (328), Kolding, Denmark
