De Graal Tripel

Bottle 33CL. GOlden beer, white head, fruity aroma. A simple triple. Good to drink, not very special.

750 ml bottle from Liquid Solutions. Aromas of fruit, yeast, candi and spice. Orange tinged golden color with a huge white head. Medium body with mild carbonation. Seems to be a touch of ginger in the flavor along with bits of citrus things. Very smooth. It’s really rather dry. Very tasty through to the finish.

750 ml. brown, champagne bottle. Crowned, but no cork. Best before June, 2009. Poured out a hazy, strawberry blonde color, with a huge frothy white head. Aromas are of corriander, cardamom, ginger, other baking spice, sweet malts, slight whiff of alcohol. Flavors are of spices, slight yeast, sour oranges, lemon peel, sweet malts, some alcohol. Rich mouthfeel, slick and oily. Finished somewhat dry and tangy. Carbonated well, but not too much. Perfect example of the style. Seek it out if you can.

Thewolf tasting. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is fruity and the flavour It is sour and yeasty, with ginger, oranges and apples.

(on bottle, thanx to thewolf) Huge chunks of floaties in the yellow beer. White head. Ginger- and yeasty nose.. Perky carbomaion and a spicy, ginger andcardemomme, taste. Tropical finish, as in banana.

750 ml bottle from State Line. Pours turbid dull goldish with 2-finger white head. Aroma is spicy yeasty, hoppy, with spicy florals and candi sugary malts. Tastes dry, floral, spicy, with mid-palate fruit, malt, and spicy earthy cobwebby yeast. Rich, complex palate. Not bad at all.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with floaties. Bit sweet and bit tart yeasty aroma. Sweet ripe fruity flavour with yeast, citrus anda good amount of ginger.

Pours a hazy pale yellow, a frothy white head on top. Okay lacing - lots of small particles. Aroma is soft, lightly sour fruitiness. Weak malty. Nice mouthfeel. Light fruity malt, ginger, oranges, apples, yeast, light tartness and viniousness. A bit simple, though.
