a sim rate: Very strong flavour. Very tart triple. Tastes like buttery alcoholic bliss. Nice and tart.

Bottle @ thewolf tasting.
[thank you Yespr]
Pours a hazy pale yellow, a frothy white head on top. Okay lacing - lots of small particles. Aroma is soft, lightly sour fruitiness. Weak malty. Nice mouthfeel. Light fruity malt, ginger, oranges, apples, yeast, light tartness and viniousness. A bit simple, though.

Bottle. Slightly alcoholic aroma, smells a bit raw. Palate is quite spicy, peppery, with typical Belgian yeasty acidity that you expect in these tripels, probably a touch too much alcohol noticed in the finish.

Gold-greenish amber; small but good head, just off-white. English hops -and the best of them: spicey, and a little citrus aroma-hops. Good! sweetish with a low bitterness but a lot of hop FLAVOUR, even a bit cheesy. Very carbonated, nearly fizzy, slight alcohol burning. This is a great new tripel, tasted in good company - Mark Romero, David Anderson and Mat Wilson - everybody happy with this beer!

Light hazy deep golden colour with a dense white head. Malty and yeasty aroma with a faint fruityness, a coriander spicyness and some sweet alcohol. Quite yeasty and peppery flavor with notes of fruit. Spicy and dry finish with a light alcohol sweetness.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. White huge dense head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and malt. Has lots of carbonation. Flavour is light hoppy, has a good malt balance and is crisp and citrusy. Ends on a sharp citrus note. Alcohol i very well hidden. Good tripel.

(33cl bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with loads of floaties and a fluffy foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty nose with light citrus fruits, rather strong spicy coriander notes and a distinctive lemony hoppy background. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Soft pale malt character, slightly yeasty and moderately spicy with citrus-fruity hops; quite dry fruity and hop bitter finish. Well-rounded hoppy Tripel.
