(33cl bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with loads of floaties and a fluffy foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty nose with light citrus fruits, rather strong spicy coriander notes and a distinctive lemony hoppy background. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Soft pale malt character, slightly yeasty and moderately spicy with citrus-fruity hops; quite dry fruity and hop bitter finish. Well-rounded hoppy Tripel.

Aug 29, 2008 hazy gold under a creamy white head. banana, coriander, sweet creamed corn, and flowers aroma. flavors of delicate banana, yeast, the corn of creaminess, honey, and spices(hint of fresh picked mint leaves). a bit too bubbly, sharp, and carbonated. light bodied. overall its a good one and much better than the dubbel.

CItric sugar and ginger tones round to a yeasty floral finish. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, sugary spiced finish. Decent stuff, but not really true to style in my mind...

Aug 13, 2008 (750ml bottle) Small off-white head atop hazy, fleck-filled straw body. Aroma is moderately sweet, banana, candi sugar, light pineapple syrup, alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, candi sugar, banana, some spicy, light straw. Effervescent medium body.

Aug 10, 2008 Bottle with a best before date of 7/2009. Medium sized white fizzy head that mostly diminished, lots of floaties, very little carbonation, hazy, and a golden, yellow hue. The aroma was lightly malty, spicy, fruity, sweet, yeasty, and coriander. The flavor was sweet, fruity, spicy, lightly malty, slightly bitter, coriander, and a short dry finish. Spritzy, tingly mouthfeel and medium bodied. Okay for the style, but there are much better of this style IMO, ABV was well masked IMO, worthy of a try, and might be interested in drinking this one again.
