Pours a hazy, golden-yellow body with lots of small and chunky floaties and an off-white head. Fruity nose with pale malt, spice notes and citrus. Pale malt, citrus, bitter and spiced flavor with some ginger. Quite dryish. Full body and a bitter finish. Pleasant beer, but I find the big chunks of sediments a bit unappetizing. Rating: 6-4-6-4-14-3.4. (080301)
Bottled. Yellow-orange, hazy tripel with a white head. Citrus, yeast, fruits, cellar and some spicey hops in the aroma. Light cellared in the mouth, with citrus and spices. Medium body and a finish starting sweet, but getting more bitter in a while. Quite pleasant. (060518)
