Jun 5, 2005 Cloudy orange golden color, short but lasting head. Aroma of sweet spices, some fruits like orange, wheat and grain. Taste is full bodied, spicy, some cookie, wheat, peppery. Nice beer.

Jan 26, 2007 Bottle, at GBBF 2005. Hazy gold, moderate white head and low condition. Pleasantly sweet and spicy in the nose with some maltiness, solid sweet and full bodied malt in the mouth with a touch of spiciness, lingering dry spicy finish with the alcohol finally becoming apparent. Hic.

Aug 1, 2009 Bottle. Dark golden beer with a very strong head. The aroma is deeply spiced, and the flavour is fruity and spiced with a lot of ginger. Overall a reasonable Belgian ale.

Apr 10, 2005 Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. White huge dense head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and malt. Has lots of carbonation. Flavour is light hoppy, has a good malt balance and is crisp and citrusy. Ends on a sharp citrus note. Alcohol i very well hidden. Good tripel.

Sep 15, 2005 Fruity sweet and boozy aroma. Opaque browned apple colour with generous, dense, off white head that laces. Fruity, strong, boozy flavour with some light spiciness. Medium-light body with airy, collapsing texture in the mouth. Moderately warming. Bottle sampled at GBBF 2005.

Aug 27, 2005 4 Jun 2005 - (HOP 2005) - Lovely sweet stone fruit aroma. Cloudy light orange-brown colour, sudsy head and lacing could be better. Luscious fruit and hoppy complex flavours. Tangy finish with a thickish mouthfeel.

Jun 21, 2006 Updated: Apr 15, 2008Bottle, thx to thewolf. Pours a hazy, golden-yellow body with lots of small and chunky floaties and an off-white head. Fruity nose with pale malt, spice notes and citrus. Pale malt, citrus, bitter and spiced flavor with some ginger. Quite dryish. Full body and a bitter finish. Pleasant beer, but I find the big chunks of sediments a bit unappetizing. Rating: 6-4-6-4-14-3.4. (080301)
Bottled. Yellow-orange, hazy tripel with a white head. Citrus, yeast, fruits, cellar and some spicey hops in the aroma. Light cellared in the mouth, with citrus and spices. Medium body and a finish starting sweet, but getting more bitter in a while. Quite pleasant. (060518)
