Murky gold with tons of flecks of suspended particles. Fading strong white head leaves a pretty lacing. Big spice and candied orange in the nose along with yeast notes and sweet malts. Hints of cut wild flowers as well. Taste is honey, sweet malts, candied fruits, spices, and yeast notes. Very tasty! Body is smooth with dense but creamy carbonation. Some light warmth as well. Finishes with more grains, candied fruits, peppery spices, honey and yeast notes. Rather tasty tripel! Ungstrup (15250), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 27, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma is powerful, sweet, spicy, fruity (especially peaches) and alcoholic. The flavor is very sweet and very both fruity and spicy, the fruits are mostly peaches, while the spices are primarily cinnamon, coriander, and cloves. The alcohol makes the body thick, and prickles the tongue. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Nadat het gist een beetje bezonken is begint het weer te schuimen. Er komt geen schuimkraag maar het lijkt niet meer morsdood. Het bier proeft heel fruitig. Best een lekkere tripel.
