Dec 1, 2008 Bottle, october 08. Hazy golden yellow color with a medium, white head. Spicy aroma with some graininess and fruit. Very perfumy but a bit sweet and cloying. Fruity, spicy. Not as sweet as expected from the nose. Kind of unidimensional. Medium, vivid, enveloping flavor. Alcohol well hidden but warming. Nice, warming tripel. A tad too gingery.

May 20, 2007 33 cL bottle. Pours unfiltered orange with a crispy head leaving a good lacing. Aroma is malty and yeasty, tart orange fruit and vague spice note. Flavour is spicy,slight candy flavoured without being sweet. Fairly dry and hoppy into the finish giving a good dry bitterness.

Oct 6, 2007 Flaske. Ligetil trippel med et lille tvist. Meget lys næsten hvedeagtig i udseendet. Smagen har en kant af krydderier, jeg ikke kunne bestemme indtil konen kaldte den for frys-selv-is. Ellers udemærket men ikke superophidsende.

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy yellow with white fizzy head. Aroma of some fruit, faint malt, a little bread. Flavor is spicy, fruit, malty, some farmhouse. Palate is medium body, high carbonation. Not bad at all.....

Aug 21, 2007 Hazy yellow coloured ber with some yeast particels in it. Average carbonation with a small white head. Heavy, yeasty slightly alcoholic aroma. Herby full palate. Finish is bitter alcoholic, yeasty and herby.
