Draught @ Stadsbrouwerij De Hemel, Nijmegen, Netherlands. Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (220208)

Tap @ De Hemel. Pours a little dark yellow-golden with a medium creamy white head. Aroma is weakly malty with a little hay, herbs and flowery hops. A little thin, but a relatively low carbonation fixes this problem well. Flavour is extremely well-balanced, not too sweet, nor too bitter. A very good pilsner.

Tap@DeHemel, Oct 08, 3.0: This time it did not have this nice refreshing and floral aroma and flavour. A pity. It was quite sweet and too malty for a pils now. No improved if you’d ask me. Tap@DeHemel, Dec 06, 3.7: Floral, herbal and very fresh aroma. Golden color, white firm head, good lace. Sweetish, lots of malts for a pils, floral, full. Really pils-like but much fuller, maltier and more floral. I’m not into pilsener but this one I like.

Very hoppy strange pilsener. Even in this one there is this typical Hemel-orangepeel taste. Makes it a more interesting interpretation of the style. very hoppy and reasonably wellbodied.

Clear yellow coloured, nice head. Hoppy, yeasty aroma. Quite strong hop-bitter flavour, more malty in the end. Bitter finish. Good pilsener.

Clear yellow color, short head. Aroma is very hoppy, bit wort-like malts, some grain. Malty taste, grain. Very hopbitter palate.
