Robust smoke-malty taste with notes of caramel and herbal spice. App.: Very cloudy deep amber with some large yeast flecks and a smallish tan head.
Aroma: Quite fruity – cherries and lots of apple cider, some warm spices (cinnamon and cloves), very light funk.
Palate: Medium-ish body and fairly lively effervescence.
Flav.: Apple cider, a bit of cinnamon, a little caramel; somewhat bitter and a little off-dry.
