DrBayern (923), Morehead City, North Carolina, USA Mar 10, 2008 330 cl. bottle on 3/10/08. Lots of floaties in an otherwise clear amber pour. Very spare, vanishing, bubbly head without any appreciable lace. Sweet caramel, brown sugar, yeast, and light fruit aromas. Medium body, very light carbonation to the point of almost being still, some stickiness. Malty sweetness dominates the flavor and extends well into the finish, when some soft spicy bitterness makes a long awaited appearance.
