| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Pretty reddish orange pour. Fruity smell of sweet red and apple peel. Pretty for sure. Some grainy elements as well. Nice sweet flavor that touches on sweet and sour. A fair amount of grape and gumy lifesavers. Dries out on the finish. Some easier flavors but the finish just is too easy. Arayaga2 (968), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | May 30, 2009 Dark burnt orange going red in colour with tons of long lasting effervesance, light, fizzy looking cream coloured head and excellent lacing. Aroma is airy (the De Koninck glass may not be the best glass to capture the scent) with weak sweet malt & some un-nameable spice, faint prune and something that smells kinda like a gym shoe. Complex mild tastes of cherries, oranges, clove and other spices and malt. Mouthfeel is borderline thin, but has everything from softness to dryness to sourness and ends on an almost permanent harsh bitterness (not a powerful one though leaving me confused on what has just happened) that encourages massive salivation. A good medium strength sipper.
