| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 15, 2008 11.2 oz. bottle poured into tumbler- poured transparent copper tan, medium carbonation of tiny bubbles, white ring around the glass for a head that laced some. Aroma of a caramel malt, honey, and lillies (?). Hits the mouth with a high-lower end body, malt has a odd character to it- it kind of doesn’t want to be noticed but it’s there, acidity from hops on the finish. Odd one. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 14, 2008 Bottle from Gravity in Olympia, WA--Poured a hazy gnarley red, thin body. Mild fluffy biege head. Sticky, malty, cardboardy. Nothing special, but ok. I wouldn’t go out of my way to find this beer again. JustinBathurst (134), Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2008 Pours a clear orange-copper with less than 1 cm of white head.
Smells grainy, straw, honey, unidentifiable fruits, and a touch of sulphur.
Mouthfeel is slick with lower than average carbonation.
Tastes honey sweet, citrus sour, with hops front and centre without being dominant. Has a medium bitter finish.
Not bad. TEJA (284), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Short white foam. Clear transparent light amber colour. Nice belgian nose with some malt carracter. Sweet malty taste with light body. A belgan ale made for drinking larger amounts than doubles and trippels and more tasty and not as thirst quenching as a wit but deffenetly woth drinking. Hansen (2266), Randers, Denmark

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 1, 2008 Copper pour with very creamy, lacy head. Scent of wine, alcohol, caramel. Flavor similar, slightly sweet & sour, well balanced by medium, dusty hops end. Drinkable, but not terribly memorable. kiefdog (1585), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 30, 2008 11.2oz bottle from Mr. Dunderbaks (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy dark amber color with a one finger off-white head. Head settles slowly and provides lacing on the glass. Aroma is slightly malty, slightly sweet with notes of fresh rope fruit, aged, musty whisky, and caramel. Bread and yeast are present in the aroma as well. Taste is very similar to the aroma -- sweet malt and caramel notes, bread and yeast, ripe fruit. Medium body with a quick slightly sweet finish.
