Apr 1, 2008 Bottled. Pours out in a clear amber colour low disappearing white foam. Yeast, dust, red berries, mild cheese and hay in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of caramel, yeast, red berries and oranges. Mild finish of yeast, red plums and grass.

Apr 1, 2008 (3/7/08) Draught at ’t Brugs Beertje in Bruges. Clear amber with an off-white head. Weak aroma with some yeast and fruits. Sweetish flavor of some malt, yeast and some fruits. Medium-bodied. Really boring.

Mar 12, 2008 33 cl bottle. Pours a red tinged amber with a head that dissipates almost as fast as it formed. Aroma is of pears and, well, copper. initial carbonation is strong, yet body is thin on the palate, then leaves the tongue dry. Flavor of flowery caramel is mostly hidden by the off balance texture. not my favorite.
