Apr 1, 2007 Nice, but not lasting head, the color is dark brown with a red hue. The aroma is spicy and the coriander is present. The flavour has notes of spices, just like the aroma and is has hops and citrus, The finish has citrus and bitterness, that is quite astringent.

Mar 30, 2007 Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. Aroma of honey and fruits. The flavor is boring, there’s a mix of fruits and sweetness but it feels bland. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Boring and ordinary.

Mar 27, 2007 Draft at PP Belgian Beer Fest. Some sour fruitiness on the aromas, but it was mostly malty. Flavor was almost all malt and some alcohol. Very dubble like. Not bad.

Mar 18, 2007 Aroma is of malt, oranges, and some light floral scents. Deep golden brown with particles in suspension all over the place. Medium to light palate. Some light yeast and weak malts in the flavor with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

Mar 15, 2007 330ml bottle - pours a clear, medium amber shade with a small and quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is of sour apples and some spices. There’s something weird in the flavour also, like some kind of candy, that I can’t quite put my finger on. Flavour is...uh...not great. That same weird apple/candy thing is going on. Carbonation is tingly on the tongue, but without the velvety softness that is characteristic of many other Belgian ales. The finish is somewhat sour with an earthiness or something as well. I’m not crazy about this. BUT! I love the bottle cap - a graphic of a hand in the "STOP" position. Nice.

Mar 13, 2007 330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Brown colour, low head. Moderate but pleasant fruity aroma, hints of spices. The flavour is spicy with moderate malts, not very sweet, pleasant to drink. Relatively high carbonation in the glass. This is not an "extreme" Belgian ale in any way, and no "challenge" for the beer enthusiast, but probably an ale that most people will like.
