Feb 5, 2007 Pours bright orange/amber into a tulip. Fluffy off-white head pancakes and laces as it slowly recedes. Candi sugar aromas. Slightly sour upfront with a lasting dry bitter metallic finish.

Jan 28, 2007 Bottle. Amber beer with a light head. The aroma is lighlty dry and roasted and the flavour is quite dry and burn’t tasting with a watery finish. Overall an average beer.

Jan 23, 2007 Deep amber colour, minuscule head and some unexpected sediment. The nose is quite enticing with its full-on jammy raspberry profile. Curiously, very little of this raspberry expresses itself in the flavour. Rather than fruity, the flavour is bitter and woody; if anything it’s raspberry seeds, not raspberry fruit. Regardless, the flavour is still quite pleasing and the juxtaposition between aroma and flavour makes for an interesting experience.

Jan 23, 2007 Bottle, Dodgy Deli, Oxford. Bronze red pour with a small layer of dirty beige head. Cinnamon and overripe strawberry aroma. Bright carbonation, lots of berry fruit esters, clean malt. A tiny hint of bitterness, and bit of lingering sticky.
