Bottle. Limpid amber body with average carbonation and a thin off-white foamy head. Good malty aroma with hoppy, plummy and brown sugar notes. Sharp hoppy taste that carries some oaky hints. Ends with a long bitter aftertaste. Good average Ale.

BA BBF 06. amber in color. Aroma is slightly spicy, and malty. Taste is caramel malts, yeast spices, pretty simple and drinkable beer overall.

Pours a clear deep golden. The aroma suggests apple notes, a bit tart. The flavor is tart as well, an upfront fruity note of apples and pears. There’s a later toffeeish hint and a light dry finish. Not bad, kind of simple.

Amber in colour with medium carbonation. Vanilla caramel and mild banana aromatics. Flavor wise, the caramel evolves into more burnt toffee territory. Peppery yeast notes appear mid taste and evaporate into a slightly bitter and drying grain husk finish. Way more thin than I would have expected, considering all of the caramel aromas. Even though it’s intended to be a lighter style of Belgian ale, "Light" doesn’t have to mean light on flavor or compexity. This one is a bit too "light" in both regards.

On tap at Pub Italia. Hazy pale amber with a thin layer of off-white foam. Fruity, yeasty, light caramel aroma. Fruity and yeasty flavours with a dry bitter finish. Medium bodied, a bit flat and lifeless.

Pours a nice goldy orange. Smells sour sweet and yeasty, and tastes the same as well, with a little bit of a raisin flavor. Finishes very dry, and even that quality leaves quickly. Thin, medium-high carbonation. A nice and relaxing beer.

A nice Belgium Amber Ale. Typical Belgium yeast smell. Sometimes a little bitter or even sour. Very drinkable!
