bhensonb (4187), Woodland, California, USA Apr 15, 2006 Filtered? Mine had sediment. Color is hazy amber. Aroma is a bit acid. Perhaps a bit thin. Tart and a bitterness that lasts to the finish. Refreshing. I don’t, yes, I do, find a bit of sweetness, but it didn’t appear immediately. The fruit develops after several sips. I could drink this frequently. gnoff (3560), Göteborg, Sweden Apr 15, 2006 Updated: Jul 10, 2008First rating. Draught at Akkurat in Sweden, November 2005. Hazy golden color, white head. Nice mild, bready aroma. Sweetness that stuck to my lips, but was vanquished by a bitter finish that grew to dominate the palate by the end of the glass. I was pleasantly surprised by this beer and enjoyed it thoroughly - was expecting something bland along the lines of Brugse Zot. ratman197 (3139), Arvada, Colorado, USA Apr 2, 2006 On tap@ Falling Rock poured a clear copper with a lasting off white head. Aromas of fruit, light spice and honey. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of mild fruit and light spice with a smooth, dry finish.
