May 2, 2005 Beautiful head and golden amber in color. Aroma consists of wild rice, caramel, brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal. Light and thin on the palate. Almost tastes like a summer kolsch. Lemon crispness and a little astringent. Yeasty, leaven-bread. Somewhat muted. Finish is grassy and grainy with a straw aftertaste.

Apr 19, 2005 Nice ambercoloured beer, thin head. Sweetish, yeasty and somewhat skunky aroma. Taste starts off a bit sweet, and then there is this strange herbal flavour, or is it smoke of cheap cigarettes? Not pleasant, and it is really thin as well. One of the worst beers Belgium offers.

Apr 15, 2005 Pours crystal clear amber, thin fizz at top. Its got a dry, dusty yeast aroma. Flavor is mild at first and then vanishes completely. Very mild carmel and slightly buttery. No finish whatsoever. Not much going on here to rate.

Apr 9, 2005 (0,33 l bottle) Sampled at Pub Italia, Ottawa. Pours a medium, foamy, white head with an orange-amber body. The nose is mildly grassy malty and eggy. The flavours were much the same with perhaps a brief appearance by weeds. Nothing spectacular here...

Mar 29, 2005 had this on draft at a mediteranan joint in antwerp...asked where we could get it with the yeast on the side..nobody knew what the hell i was talking about. for some reason i expected alot more from this beer but got an unexciting drab beer. copper color with a nitro head. mostly slight malty character with some metallic backbone and a sulphur smile. move on mates and drink something else, especially if your in beligum.

Mar 21, 2005 To be honest, I really drank this one colder than it should have been. Aroma was sulphurous. Medium brown beer, not much head, interesting label. Mild ester, medium-lightly bittered. Not very sweet. Light spice. Finishes quickly, leaving a mild banana shadow.
