On draught at Belgian Beer Café Belle Vue, Kiev, Ukraine. Amber color with a fine head. Discrete hoparoma. Nicely balanced in a mix of hops and malt with a fine bitterness.

bottle. Dark amber colour. Very pleasant combination of hops and fruity, well-balanced beer. Slightly sour and grainy, hints of coffee in the aftretaste and finish.

On tap@ Falling Rock poured a clear copper with a lasting off white head. Aromas of fruit, light spice and honey. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of mild fruit and light spice with a smooth, dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear bubbly orangey-amber with an average size lasting rocky off-white head. Nice lacing. Pretty good looking beer. Mild aroma of malt, fruit, light hops and yeast. Flavour is sweet fruity malt with a mild bitter aftertaste. A pleasant surprise to taste hops in a Belgian Ale. Not terribly exciting but still a well balanced, enjoyable and easy to drink beer.

Decent sized head upon initial pour. Light yeasty, citrus aroma. Low carbonation and acidic flavors make this taste more like a light lager than a good belgian.

Bottle dated 6-16-04. Poured a small ivory head with a fair amount of lacing, transparent, cabonated and an orange hue. Malty, sweet, some caramel notes, and fruity, Flavor was sweet, malty, watery, smooth, and some fruityness. Smooth, watery, thin mouthfeel. An easy drinking beer IMO.

Bottle. Pours amber with a small white head. Lots of particles suspended in this. Nose is fruity and sweet with light honey and flowery notes. Taste seems a bit more bitter than the aroma would let on. Light hoppiness, dried fruits, thinned honey and light floral notes. Body is light-medium with moderate carbonation feel. Light bitterness throughout. Finishes with more fruit and floral notes, hints of caramel, honey and light hops. Not bad.

Bottle. Amber beer with a light head. The aroma is lighlty dry and roasted and the flavour is quite dry and burn’t tasting with a watery finish. Overall an average beer.
