This is pretty nice I guess. Not real heavy but doesn’t taste thin, a little caramel flavoring. Not complex or spicy but decent enough.

Sweet grainy malt nose, amber color, frothy head. Full, creamy sweet malt body with honey tones. Lacks a pronounced bitterness, but there is a slight dryness at the end. Commercial, I know, but I liked this.

Draught at beerbistro. Orange-amber colour with a small head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma and flavour are both quite sweet and malty, with notes of caramel and spice, and some yeastiness in the background. A bit of well-balanced bitterness in the finish. Not a super-exciting beer, but it’s pleasant and a little different from most.

07-01-04 drank on 04-28-04: Clear amber with a small bubbled small white head. Grass, light fruits and yeast in the aroma. Medium to full bodied, starts a bit sweet and ends sweeter than that. Yeast taste stays around for a while at the end.

This beer was ok, fairly standard for a Belgian pale ale style. Nice and easy drinking, but nothing to make me feel like I needed another one. I quickly moved on to a duvel that I saw on the menu, you should too.

Not your typical Begian Ale as it is a bit subdued in flavor, but nonetheless an enjoyable beer. A nice thirst quencher.

Sweet malt nose, corn and malt taste. Amber, little head layer. Liveley carbonation. Ok beer.
