Pours a hazy dark amber color with a one finger off-white head. Head settles slowly and provides lacing on the glass. Aroma is slightly malty, slightly sweet with notes of fresh rope fruit, aged, musty whisky, and caramel. Bread and yeast are present in the aroma as well. Taste is very similar to the aroma -- sweet malt and caramel notes, bread and yeast, ripe fruit. Medium body with a quick slightly sweet finish. jerohen (1614), Bussum, Netherlands
