Poured a medium wite head with poor retention. good lacing. Aroma is quite sweet and malty. Very clean mouthful, well balanced with a low bitterness and some nice malty flavours. Its a little one-dimensional, but still a very nice beer.

11.2 oz. bottle poured into tumbler- poured transparent copper tan, medium carbonation of tiny bubbles, white ring around the glass for a head that laced some. Aroma of a caramel malt, honey, and lillies (?). Hits the mouth with a high-lower end body, malt has a odd character to it- it kind of doesn’t want to be noticed but it’s there, acidity from hops on the finish. Odd one.

on tap at the Brick Store Pub on 11/4/07. Belgian’s session beer as the menu declared. This is true... at only 5% it is truly a very drinkable Belgian. Not too much going on with this one - a basic drinkable golden ale....

Pours a nice goldy orange. Smells sour sweet and yeasty, and tastes the same as well, with a little bit of a raisin flavor. Finishes very dry, and even that quality leaves quickly. Thin, medium-high carbonation. A nice and relaxing beer.

Brought over from Facebook. My only notes are, "Awkward aroma, okay taste."

(BELGIUM) Pours a pale amber color with a thin white dissipating head. Aroma is of citrus, caramel, and malts. The taste is much of the same malty with a few spices. Finish is slightly dry, but very drinkable Not bad, but was hoping for a bit more here.
