May 30, 2008 750mL bottle, courtesy of bombshelter. Thanks, Eric! Pours a hazy, yellow-brown color; huge, fluffy white head with great retention and foamy lacing; gorgeous pour. Very grassy, yeasty, herbal-driven aroma; really nice herbal, dry, yeasty nose; great, aromatic stuff. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy, estery and yeasty core; nice herbal and mineral character; nicely balanced in the mouth, pleasant herbal notes mixed with the dry, yeasty core; intensely drinkable. Lengthy finish, herbs and minerals; soft breadiness and toasty grains. Great stuff.

May 30, 2008 Courtesy of Bombshelter. Hazy golden body with a large white head. Herbs, grass, light citrus in the nose with bread and honey. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with dough, honey, herbs, floral hops and lime. Medium body is ultra soft with moderate, but gentle carbonation. Awesome.

Apr 19, 2008 Bottle at thewolf s place. Golden / orange colour with with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, alcohol, spices. Flavour is dry, sweey, alcohol, spices, citrus. Quite nice beer.

Apr 6, 2008 Bottle at thewolf’s place. Pours a quite hazy orange-golden body with a white head. Orange and pale malt in the aroma. Citrusy and spicy flavor with alcohol, sugar, pale malt and orange. Quite crisp. Effervescent, silky, warming mouthfeel, and a dry finish with grains and alcohol. Quite saison-ish this one, refreshing and nice. (080301)

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange, has a dense white head. Mild spiced and solid caramel malt aroma. Flavour is fruity, hops and a subdued caramel malt base. Goes into a lemon dry hops finish. Light yeast note too.
