Mar 7, 2008 Pours a pale golden with a medium white head and lots of sediment, some lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, yeast an hay. Flavor is lightly sweet, grassy, yeast, some hay and a nit floral. Low carbonation with a light body. Silky smooth texture. Finishes long and somewhat grainy.

Mar 5, 2008 ZBF 2008: Hazy dark yellow with a thin white head. Grassy hops, some lemon, a touch of "greenery", and fruity yeast. Quite a bit of hop flavor. Smooth but grassy hops. Leads to hay and eventually some low malt character.

Feb 15, 2008 33 cl bottle. Hazy yellow with a big white head. Sour aroma with a bit citric hoppy tone. Dry and bitter in flavor with a nice “hop juice” character, quite refreshing even for a hoppy beer. Nice dry finish and a bitter palate.
