The beer is clear, light gold with a large, white, frothy, diminishing but mostly lasting head. Tiny flaky particulates in suspension.<P>
Sinus tickler. The aroma is malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, light notes of cookie and caramel; Hoppy with a moderate floral note, light note of pine; Yeasty with moderate note of horseblanket, light notes of cobweb and creamy cheese; Miscellaney include a light-to-moderate note of green apple, alcohol, oak and vanilla, moderate note of autum leaves, trace of cinnamon.<P>
The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter with an average-length, lightly dryish, lightly sweet finish. Nice note of oak and decay on the finish.<P>
The body is medium, the texture is velvety and the carbonation is fizzy.<P>
