The aroma is a tad light with some yeast, orange peel, and lemon. It pours a golden-orange with a moderate white head with decent retention. It starts lightly yeasty with some moderate orange peel. The finish has hints of lemon with some moderate flowery bitterness.

Pours bright gold into a tulip. Fluffy white head recedes at a medium pace with slight lacing, but frosts the surface. Lemony yeast aromas. Upfront sweet brett with a lasting bitter hop finish. Crisp and well balanced -- saison-like.

Small fluffy head from capped and corcked 750ml bottle. A citrus zing. Very complex but still light refreshing and very drinkable.

750 mL bottle with a cork and widemouth cap - hear the *poomp* of the cork, immediately grass and noble hops seep out as well as a fluffy light white wine element. the body is so blissfully spongy and dry touching your lips, you could pour it onto saharan noontime sand and it couldn’t evaporate any faster than it does on your tongue. the yeast has worked its magic into every corner of this beer without overpowering the fundaments - pale malt in perfect balance with hops and the bright yeast flavors. this is a beautiful beer to behold! the lace looks like sea foam on the beach at low tide and as the liquid level lowers the foam paints the glass the entire way down. the best part of this beer is that you get to drink it. a treat for all the senses!

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma of florals, hay, herbs, and mustiness. Flavor of spicy yeast, flowery hops, and light citrus with a dry, lightly bitter finish.

Bottle: Hazy, golden coloured, small foamy layer; stronger hoppy, spicy and fruity (lemons, lemon oil) nose; sweetish-bitter flavour with some distinctive acidity, light to medium bodied; sweetish-fruity, slightly sourish finish with a distinctively lingering hoppy "tail". Good and moreish...........

golden orange with medium head...aroma is reminiscient of a Fantome beer (similar yeast profile)..it is heavy in citrus notes..quite clean and refreshing..flavor is citrus hops and such yeast, herbs, and earthy characteristics..

Oak-aged batch. ’06 bottle.<P> The beer is clear, light gold with a large, white, frothy, diminishing but mostly lasting head. Tiny flaky particulates in suspension.<P> Sinus tickler. The aroma is malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, light notes of cookie and caramel; Hoppy with a moderate floral note, light note of pine; Yeasty with moderate note of horseblanket, light notes of cobweb and creamy cheese; Miscellaney include a light-to-moderate note of green apple, alcohol, oak and vanilla, moderate note of autum leaves, trace of cinnamon.<P> The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter with an average-length, lightly dryish, lightly sweet finish. Nice note of oak and decay on the finish.<P> The body is medium, the texture is velvety and the carbonation is fizzy.<P> Memorable and desirable.
