| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 24, 2006 Hazy dark straw-colored body with abundant yeast sediment, thick puffy buff head. Herbal aroma, rich with flower petals and a touch of light fruit, biscuity. Light bready body, estery, coming across as an herbal tea with flower petals and bitterness and light sugary notes. Crisp palate with decent complexity. Enjoyable. altonbrownd (1959), Amsterdam, Netherlands

This is something to aspire to; as an alchemist blended a few natural ingredients and came out with such a complex and flavorful- but most importantly a clean and crisp brew that SNAPS into it’s flavor profile.
One of the best I have had.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 15, 2006 This was very smooth easy drinking brew with a bitter suprise in the finish. Citrus in the nose and finish, orange peel, some tartness. Citrus hops take over the finish then comes along a increasing bitterness. The carbonation livened up the hops quite a bit. Very bitter for a belgian brew. haukur (684), Reykjavik, Iceland
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 14, 2006 by the smell of this I could have mistaken this by a gueuze! Very tarty aroma, some outhouse, hey, flowers, grass. Colour is orangey, firm head. Taste is dry, some orange, very carbonated, surprisingly thick palate considering the abv. Decent.
