| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 8, 2008 300 ml bottle from Bieropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.
App.: Slightly hazy deep golden with a decent off-white head.
Aroma: Peppery/pine hops, some lighter citrus, good bread crust and biscuit, lightly fruity and yeasty, slightly dirty and earthy(?).
Palate: Medium body with moderate effervescence.
Flav.: Peppery and spicy, some pine and herbaceous hops, light fruit, lemon and pale malts; off-dry with surprising hop bitterness for a Belgian, actually decent bitterness regardless of origin.
I like it due to the bitterness. charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2008 Hazy gold blonde hue, with a thick white head, leaving laces, yeasty, fruity, nice floral herbal hop nose, with a faint citrusy accent of lemon , and a hint of honeyed pale malt in the aroma follows though on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, bready dough character, with an earthy grainy pale malt accent, with a leafy, flowery hop bitter mouthfeel, with a light fruity zest lime note, leading towards a acidic lime, juicy hop bittering finish. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 25, 2008 Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Belgian yeast aroma with pineapple, orange, clove and nutmeg. Fruity and soft flavour initially but with a great hop bite following soon after. Slightly spicy, but first of all good herbal continental hops well balanced by the fruity yeast character. Skinnyviking (4170), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 25, 2008 Bottle. High fluffy quickly disappearing white head. Hazy milky orange body. Malty nutty peach aroma with grassy notes. Flavor quite different from the aroma though. A somewhat sharp bitterness is dominating but pepper and can also be spotted. Low carbonation and a long aftertaste. OK, but nothing special. Boutip (2386), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 19, 2008 Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aromas of dry hops are dominating with a bready yeast presence. Taste is also a very nice mix between some dry Noble hops with a nice Belgian malt profile and somewhat bready yeast. Full body with good carbonation and no alcohol. Very well done and easily drinkable. austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 19, 2008 33cl bottle. Hazy orangey golden, foamy white head. Very fruity, orange zest aroma, quite a lot of yeast. Similar spritzy orange zest flavor, yeast, little chalky and hoppy finish. Strongly carbonated, fizzy palate. Simple, fruity, but over yeasty belgian.
