May 18, 2004 2004 version, from the new brewer Jan Wolfs. Malty aroma and flavor with some licorice and butterscotch. Pear. Rather thin, and therefore the alcohol is clearly present. There’s still much room for improvement.

May 19, 2002 Plastic, light fruity aroma. Amber/orange, white rocky head that diminishes fast and leaves no lace. Light fruity flavored but plastic as well. Bit watery, could use some body. Short finish, just a bit sweetness.
