Hazy yellow color, clingy head, light citrusy nose. A scosh of lemon or grapefruit tartness after a thin body, as well as note of yeast. Otherise not very interesting tastes. Medium body with a creamy feel.

Sep 29, 2008 (Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden with a small, fading head. Mild, almost witbiery aroma with lemon, honeyish maltiness, and hints of coriander. Citrusy flavor with very little hops, some cardboard, raisins, sweetish pale malt. Hides the alcohol well. Light to medium body with low carbonation. Reminds me of Finnish (low-alcohol) meads. A quite disappointing try for a tripel.

Sep 25, 2008 Bottled. Aroma has citrus, little spice and yeast. hazy, yellow coloured with a white, lasting head. Taste is sweet and citric. Has some yeast. Enjoyable.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle from a gift pack. Hazy pale yellow, thick white head. Aroma of spices, fruits. Flavour is sweet and a bit sour, spicy (hint of anis) and fruity. Some yeast. Dry finish. Nice one.
