Bottle, 33 cl. (bought @ Geers) Dark golden color, with white head. Aroma yeasty and fruits, bit coriander. Medium body. Taste sweet, malts, little spice, some bitterness. Bit alcoholic mouthfeeling finish. Good.

Cask at The New Oxford in Salford. Cloudy yellowy gold with a decent fluffy white head. Sweet and fresh tasting. Notes once again for me are terrible as I was very drunk. Enjoyed it though, very nice.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy golden with a tall and lively off-white head. Sweetish fruity nose. Quite full-bodied with fruit and yeast and a high malt sweetness. Discreet bitterness. 100908

Bottle 33cl @ La Mort Subite, Alrincham, Cheshire England WA14 4DN.
Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. Very nice one of the very nice Achilles beers ;o)) (280708)
