Dec 23, 2009 Wasn’t too sure what to expect with this but reminded me alot of hvedegoop, which is great especially considering the price for this v that! Dark red/brown pour, tan head that settles very quickly. Nose has alot of citrus tang from the hope with pine & a hint of sourdough that works wellwith the citrus hops. Palate is a little more straightforward, huge on the hops & again reminding me of hvedegoop. Some caramel/bready malt supports but hops dominate through to a med/high bitter finish. Like I said a junior hvedegoop & excellent given the price! Highly recommend.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle, 7.5%. Good grassy hop aroma, hint of pine. Cloudy red amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour has a lot of the same hop flavour as the aroma, caramelly and grassy. I cannot taste any wheat, not esters as far as I can tell. Good mouthfeel, though.

Dec 22, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a huge tan head. Aroma is dry spiced hoppy with a light fruity note. Smooth yeasty and grapefruity hoppy flavoured. Smooth mouthfeel, about what is left from the wheat grain. Slight bitter and citric note. Dry and citric to peachy into the far finish.

Dec 12, 2009 Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Lasting. Aroma of herbs, flowers, light pine, citrus and light spice. Flavour of spice, herbs, pine. light caramel and grape. Medium to full bodied. Dry. Light bitter and sweet end. Quite nice, but a bit bland IMO:

Dec 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear amber coloured with a nice big and lasting yellow-ish off white head. Aromas of pine, citrus fruits, caramel and soap. Flavours of malt, caramel, fruity hops, resin and a long bitter finish. Great beer! Weizen Bock?!?!

Dec 6, 2009 Amber with a lasting off-white head. Strong citrus hop aroma with grapefruit and tangerine along with pine. Dry and hoppy flavour with lots of citrus. I don’t sense much weizen character, but there is a nice background of of malt

Dec 5, 2009 Bottle. Very nice longlastting off white head on a hazy brown bodied beer. Very nice aroma of piney hops, citrus and mango. Very hoppy flavour with some caramel and piney notes. Not wheaty or banana like as I would have expected but very nice overall.

Dec 4, 2009 Tasted at the first, great, Borefts Beer Festival 2009 @ De Molen. Amber colored brew. Aroma is very well hopped, citrus. Flavor is yeasty, hoppy, wheat, caramel, grapefruit. Good hopped brew. Nice.
