Gorgeous fruity aroma with some good earthy notes and some lovely creamy alcohol. Typical De Molen flavour. Great chocolate notes with a massive hit of excellent hoppy bitterness. Slight soap hints from the alcohol but it’s really not a bad thing. Straight forward but incredibly enjoyable. De Molen can do nothing wrong for me. Hats off to Menno. Chocolate aroma. A tiny head, though white bubbly on dark brown. A real natural carbonation that added to mouthfeel and drinkable. Taste is a tad sour, it works. Bov (5478), Bienne, Switzerland
