Bottle. Hazy golden body with a fluffy big off white head. Very flowery hop aroma with a good punch of citrus and pine. Flavour is grape fruit, citrus, orange, caramel and light alcohol. The flowery saaz hop is profound and add an good spicy note to this great DIPA. Long piney flowery hoppy finish.

33cl bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small, short off-white head. Lovely boozy hops on the nose, grassy, grapefruity & orange peel aromas. Nice citrus fruit sweetness, lemon sherbet & grapefruit, moving to piney, resiny bitter notes, some spice and a dry, slightly yeasty finish. Medium body and carbonation, a coating mouthfeel ending with a lingering grassy aftertaste. Great balance, doesn’t try too hard with one thing or another. A tasty drinking DIPA.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy, orange beer with a small, off-white to beige head. Resiny nose with fluorine, some beefstock and lots of fruityness, quite a lot of grapefruit. Resiny hops and grapefruit in the flavor with beefstocky malts as a base. Some alcohol giving a nice warmth in the mouth. Full-bodied and almost astringently bitter. Lasting, bitter finish. A well composed beer for the hopheads. 090724

From a bottle at SB&WF 2009. Hazy orange golden, almost no head. Fruity and berryish hop aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. Nice lingering bitterness.

It poured a hazy golden orange liquid with a small foam with big bubbles. Had a round smell of hops but it felt old and not fresh at all. Also felt a hint of toilette, maybe it had started to go bad? It tasted of grassy hops with a low-medium bitterness. Ok beer but a bit boring, I expected some more freshness and taste.
