This copper ale poured with a massive foamy off-white head and a floral citrus aroma. The flavor is very well-balanced as the amarillo hops work perfectly with the caramel malt. charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark

Slightly yeasty nose with caramel, little exotic fruity hops, pine, hint of smokiness. Very sweet flavor, little grain, solid piney hops and bitterness, sweet sticky caramel. Hoppiness isn’t that attacking, it’s more like a warming strong ale. Medium to full bodied, really smooth lush carbonation. A very pleasant sipper.

Aroma is quite a citrus burst but there is also pine as well, wonderful. Taste is soft and sweetened lemon and grapefruit peel, this really takes the edge of the initial sweetness, lovely fruity stuff, nice bitterness at the end. A8 A3 F8 P4 Ov16 3.9
