Bottle. 2 months past ‘best before’. Thanks to Enjoyit. Pours a hazy golden amber (brown amber if the sediment is poured as well) with an off-white head. A bit of lacing. Sweetish hop aroma with malt in the background. Notes of yeast and quite a lot of plastic at first, but as it warms, the plastic is toned down, and the yeast becomes more tart. Bitter hoppy flavour. Feels a bit watery at first, but soon gains some strength. Dry. Remote notes of plastic as it warms as well as some fruity notes. Finish is a lingering dry hop bitterness. Sweet, fruity notes as it warms and the hops also becomes more outspoken. Overall becomes more well-balanced as it warms. A decent beer, but could do without the plastic notes. 19-06-09.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Sweaty mango aroma. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Richly hoppy with Belgian style yeasty backdrop. Rather bitter finish.

bottle 750ml EXP 20.04.09 10,99€ transparent golden yellow white head ring Interesting ale bit sweet grassy and soapy then pine. But I can’t find bitterness like usually bitters in this bottle.

Sampled many many times on draft at pre-ZBF 2009 at Alvinne. What an amazingly fantastic tantalizing fresh hop aroma, one of the best I’ve come across, fruity, floral, piney, nostril coating. Pours a clear somewhat flat golden with small bubbly head. Super easy drinking beer that had many of the staff filling up extra large cups all through the fest. Hops aren’t quite as strong in the flavor as the aroma suggest, nice sweet caramel. Smooth body, glassy, larger but quite soft carbonation. Excellent!

Bottle hand delivered by altonbrownd. Pours a hazy brown with pungnet floral notes. Body is muted and medium +. well rounded and fruity but still a tad watery. Amarillo sugared grapefruit tones flow thru from center to finish. Finish gets a bit tinny but still easilly quaffable. Head is off tan and craters steeply. Droopy lace rings. Thanks Martin!

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy kobber with a thin off white head. In the aroma there is needles from pine, some citrus and metal. The taste is not that hoppy... maybe it has been to long in the cellar. I taste both smake-malts and caramel malts. Its still fresh but somehow closed down and "dark" - some onions and pomelofruit. Actually i think that the hopiness reminds my of the nelson sauvin hop - is that way out? The palate is medium thick and nice. A dark bitterness dominates the finish.
