Jan 9, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Smell is malty, sweetness, sort of cream like, yeast, and fruit. Look is clear, deeper golden color with a nice white head. Taste is malts, little bread, caramel, and some hops.

Jan 8, 2009 bottle thanks to bu11zeye. golden pour with a nice head that dissipates to a ring of cream froth. nose of earth, spices and yeast. lots of spices and honey on the palate. clean finish and a nice aftertaste.

Dec 26, 2008 12 oz Bottle THT 20/04/09. Poured lightly hazy golden with a small beige head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of mostly hops, oranges and other light citrus fruits. Tastes of grapefruit and citrus hops, wet earthy and grassy with a nice lingering hop bitterness and orange sweetness in the finish. Not bad.

Dec 24, 2008 Bottle. Golden, hazy, small stable + lacy off-white head. Robust dry aromatic hoppy nose with orangey undertones. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied. Solid lingering grapefruity-tart and hoppy finish. Good, but the hops do not harmonize so well with this belgian yeast......

Dec 10, 2008 Bottle on 2008-11-15. Golden and clear. Medium sized white head. Grapefruit and fruity yeast in nose. Medium bodied and dryish palate with lot of carbonation. Grapefruit, fruitiness, yeast, little bit of harshness and bitterness in taste. Bitter and fruity aftertaste. This beer is more like a saison than a bitter.

Dec 4, 2008 Amber colored beer. Very good fresh hoppy smell. The beer has a nice balance of roasted malts and hopps. It tastes light, very drinkable. Fot so little alcohol very long elegant aftertaste of hopbitters.
