Pours clear orangey golden. A small, creamy, beige head. Aroma has apples, caramel and a yeasty note. Quite pleasant balance between the apples and the malts. Highish carbonation, lightly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit fruity, apples are present, but also a light citric note and a woody edge. Quite refreshing beer.

May 28, 2009 Bottle@Home. Sour apples and caramel aroma. Hazy, amber colour, irregular beige head, few lace. Sweet, fruity sourness, bitter, caramel, apples, malty, light yeasty, hint of smoke. Sourness diminishes quickly leaving an oily film.
