| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 20, 2009 Bottle. Very dark brown with a beige dense head. Aromas are smoky and woody with earthy coffee. Flavours are initially smooth chocolate followed by bitter roast coffee. More coffee bean bitterness follows with some dark chocolate. Lightly smoky with woody notes and some metal on the aftertaste. Better than I managed to describe.
