Bottled. A ptich black beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, sweet malt, and smoke as well as light notes of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt and some smoke, leading to a dry finish with notes of bitter chocolate. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle 33cl.
Clear dark red brown color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate notes moderate to light heavy peat, cask wood, rubber - burnt rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice smoked IMO. ;o)) (050808)

Bottle at Monk’s Café, Stockholm
Dark brown color; too much carbonation. It has the aroma of a Stout, with a shade of smoked malt. Medium to thin body, with chocolate and roasted malt flavor, very light smoked touch and very light sourness. It’s 95% Stout and 5% Smoked. I took it because I like Smoked beers, but this one doesn’t deserve much attention.
