(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of Maria. Very hazy golden, tiny impurities with a lively and bubbly, off-white head. Rather sweet caramel, fruit and yeast in the aroma. Medium-bodied with plenty of fruit accents and hints of spices. Lively carbonation, some yeastiness and a dry finish. 290308

Bottle, 5.9%. Nice, refreshing hop aroma. Cloudy orange colour, sparkling. Big stable white head. The flavour is also hoppy as well as caramelly and with a hint of yeast. Quite nice. High carbonation.

Bottled (thanks tbone_!). Hazy nutbrown colour with huge foamy beige head. Aroma is earthy, grassy, herbal, and very yeasty. Some mild fruityness also. Flavour is quite much the same with grass coming in strong in the finish. Very mouthdrying.

Bottled (BB 06/2008)
Courtesy of bierkoning, ty Edo! Hazy dark orange color, big off-white head. A bit sour aroma, nose otherwise is saison-fruity with some straw, barnyard and incense. Foamy mouthfeel. Dry palate, dried grass, some alcohol, pepper and dried apricots. Hoppy-peppery aftertaste. Stylish saison, I have not had them many from the Netherlands.

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. The beers floods out of the bottle, and the head is like on a soda. The color is dark golden. The aroma has sweetness, notes of honey, malt, light yeast and citrus. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, citrus, spicy yeast and the overall impression is pleasant, smooth and harmonic! Thank you Bierkoning for this lovely beer.
