Had it from tap at the brewery. Golden colored brew. Spicy/fruity aroma with spicy/fruity flavor. A bit watery, not that special.
Also had it under the name "Goudse Kuijt"

Dark yellow colored, little yellow head. Cloudy appearance. Nice yeasty aroma with spices and lemony fruits. Medium bodied. Flavor is more lemony with grains and mild spices, biting carbonation. Lemon dominates also in grainy aftertaste. Pretty boring blonde.

Bottle, 6.5% as De Molen Goudse Kuijt. Refreshingly sour hop aroma. Hazy orange colour, small white head and small floaties. The flavour is a bit watery, yeasty, fruity and vinous. Quite yeasty aftertaste. Not very flavourful, but OK. Reminds me of a pils. 6 3 5 3 13

Bottle 6.5% as De Molen Blond. Fruity aroma, acidic in the good way. Slightly hazy amber colour, small white head. The flavour is lot like the aroma, fruity with some lemony citric notes. Hint of yeast in the flavour. Nothing spectacular, but well-balanced and refreshing. 6 3 6 3 14

On tap@Jan Primus. Aroma of caramel malts, citrus and yeast. Hazy, amber coloured with a lasting, medium head. Taste is sweet, citric, caramel malty and some spicy (corriander). Bit floral hoppy as well. Medium body. Goes down easy.

Golden color with a good head. Aromas of orange, caramels and yeast. Palate: Malt, citric, caramel and hops.

Bottle, sold as Goudsch Kuijt. Orange blonde color. Lemon and a hint of mandarin in the somewhat vinous aroma. Malty, flowery, slightly hoppy and earthy flavor. Hoppy, earthy citric aftertaste. Nice fruity ale. Earlier Rating: 1/12/2005 Total Score: 3.7 Borefts Blond 75 cl bottle, bought at the brewery. 6,5% and 40 EBU on the label. Bottled november ’04. Orange color in stead of blonde, frothy head. Hoppy aroma with just a hint of citrus and a soft floweriness. A firm bitterness in the flavor, eased down somewhat by a soft creaminess. Malty sweet flavor with orange, hops, flowers, and again: ginger. Lovely beer, not without complexity.

(Bottled) Hazy amber with a small, lacy head. Sour-orangey aroma with some caramel and yeast. Quite sour, slightly sweet and moderately acidic, medicinal flavor with orange-peel, yeast, and caramely, grainy malt. Medium-bodied palate with pretty low carbonation. Not very pleasing or balanced, but drinkable. I’m glad I didn’t get the 75cl bottle, though.

Golden ale wih an eggy head. Smells like pineapple, and lots of hop. Tastes bitter, sourrish, hop(fruity), flowery, herbal and yeasty. Rather clean and good ale.
