Frothy, creamy white head. Lasts and forms a cobweb. Floral and herbal aroma. Spicies are felt: quite some coriander. Perfumes. Very pleasant, lively mouthfeel. Very hoppy, bitter flavors. A bit sweet as well. Feels coriander and herbs. Long bitter finish. Very well complements a dinner!

Enticing and complex aroma conjures suggestions of grapefruit, marzipan, leafy tobacco, perfume, lavender soap and pastry dough. Hazy tan body with low, dense and lasting, off-white head. Strong citrus, banana, leafy character and peppery spiciness all vie for attention in the leadup to the moderately bitter finish. Cake-like yeastiness is pervasive. Sharp, pointy, initially aggressive carbonation detracts somewhat from overall enjoyment but subsides in time. Sampled at GBBF 2005.

Bottle. High fluffy but quickly disappearing off-white head. Hazy orange body. Fruity aroma with hops and a hint of the alcohol. Applear pear oranges flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness and a bit of alcohol. Low carbonation. Long bittersweet aftertaste.

Bottled at Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy bronze colour with a rich creamy lasting white foam. Yeast, banana, crackers and crisp orangey hops in the aroma. medium-bodied with crisp hoppy notes of flowers, oranges, crackers, cinnamon and yeast. Medium-bitter crisp finish of yeast, grass, oranges and cinnamon.

Tap @ de Molen. Golden blond color, thick creamy head. Aroma of hop, some grass, bit caramel malt, anis. Soft bitter taste, slight sweet, anis again, caramel. Good balance.

Golden ale wih an eggy head. Smells like pineapple, and lots of hop. Tastes bitter, sourrish, hop(fruity), flowery, herbal and yeasty. Rather clean and good ale.
