Hazy nut brown color, brown head. Chocolaty, roasted aroma. Toasted malty, grassy, chocolaty, extremely balanced. Maybe a bit too yeasty, but a good beer. Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark Dec 25, 2008 This vintage 2007 was enjoyed late December 08. It is beautiful, red-brown and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel, candy sugar and a little nuts and dark fruits. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, candy sugar, plum, raisin and a little nuts. The alcohol is only present as a warming feeling in this very, very nice bock.
