Bottle, 6.5%. Roasted aroma, mild and slightly creamy. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is nicely malty. A lot like the aroma, mildly roasted, with some cream and roasted coffee.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jbrus. Clear warm orangey brown with a light brown head. Fat aroma of overripe fruit and pumpernickel. Quite full-bodied, lovely notes of burned caramel, roasted malt and overripe fruit. Ends lightly bitter. 291108

Bottled. A deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel, pumpernickel bread, and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of pumpernickle bread and caramel, as well as medium notes of alcohol. The finish is dry with a touch of spices. The alcohol tickles the tongue.

Bottle. Very malty, light molasses, some chocolate and light alcoholic. Normal sized brown creamy head, long lasting, dark body. Very bitter, reminds me of some medicine; long duration. Medium to full body, creamy and dry texture, soft carbonation. A rather bitter Bockbier, not the usual one.

Bottle. [thank you Skortila/Caesar]
Pours deep, red mahogany with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Quite fizzy and it disappears quickly. Aroma is lightly roasted, good dried fruits, and a great chocolate note. Medium to low carbonation, great, light mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, very drinkable, good chocolate, some slight coffee, light raisins and a weak roasted tones. Great bock.
