Pours deep, red mahogany with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Quite fizzy and it disappears quickly. Aroma is lightly roasted, good dried fruits, and a great chocolate note. Medium to low carbonation, great, light mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, very drinkable, good chocolate, some slight coffee, light raisins and a weak roasted tones. Great bock. caesar (3034), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands
