Pours deep, red mahogany with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Quite fizzy and it disappears quickly. Aroma is lightly roasted, good dried fruits, and a great chocolate note. Medium to low carbonation, great, light mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, very drinkable, good chocolate, some slight coffee, light raisins and a weak roasted tones. Great bock.

Oct 28, 2007 Tap @ PINT bokbierfestival. Hazy brown color, medium head. Aroma of hop, roasted malt, some chocolat. Nicely balanced taste of malty chocolat and coffee, and bitterness. Very nice bock.

Oct 28, 2007 Tap @ PINT bokbierfestival. Aroma has nice floral hops and roasted malts. Dark brown coloured with a beige, medium head. Taste is sweet moderate bitter. It has good quality hops and malts. Bit roasted and some chocolate. Nice.
