Bottle: Darkish brown in color , nice and clear. Good thick head. A real flavorsome beer with a roast/slightly sweet taste. Another great beer from " De Molen"

Bottle. [thank you Skortila/Caesar]
Pours deep, red mahogany with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Quite fizzy and it disappears quickly. Aroma is lightly roasted, good dried fruits, and a great chocolate note. Medium to low carbonation, great, light mouthfeel. Flavour is wonderfully balanced, very drinkable, good chocolate, some slight coffee, light raisins and a weak roasted tones. Great bock.

Bottled. A deep red beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel, pumpernickel bread, and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of pumpernickle bread and caramel, as well as medium notes of alcohol. The finish is dry with a touch of spices. The alcohol tickles the tongue.

This vintage 2007 was enjoyed late December 08. It is beautiful, red-brown and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel, candy sugar and a little nuts and dark fruits. The flavour has sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, candy sugar, plum, raisin and a little nuts. The alcohol is only present as a warming feeling in this very, very nice bock.
